Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, email brad@greenlanesupply.com for a quote before ordering. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Many of our products ship directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses across the country, which lets us carry a deep catalog — and means your order may ship from more than one location.

Multiple shipments

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately and on different days at no extra cost to you. You'll receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves.

Transit times

Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the origin warehouse. Transit time is separate from processing time and is not guaranteed by us or the carrier.

Freight (LTL) shipping for large items

Heavy or oversized gear — roof racks, awnings, bumpers, armor, and similar — ships by freight (LTL) carrier rather than standard parcel. Freight deliveries:

  • are scheduled by the carrier, who will typically call to arrange a delivery appointment;
  • are delivered curbside — you're responsible for bringing the item inside;
  • may require someone present to receive and inspect the shipment.

Inspect freight shipments before signing. Note any visible box damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Signing a clear receipt can limit your ability to claim shipping damage later.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Freight items may show a flat or quoted rate.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email brad@greenlanesupply.com.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery and we'll work with the carrier to make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
